What Is Wellbutrin (Bupropion)?
Bupropion, sold as Wellbutrin (for depression) and Zyban (for smoking cessation), is a norepinephrine-dopamine reuptake inhibitor (NDRI) — a unique antidepressant mechanism distinct from SSRIs and SNRIs.
